How to make Plastic Cup Wind Spinner.
This plastic cup wind spinner is very easy to make, although we can use tin can but it rather difficult to cut. Plastic Cup wind spinner easily catch the wind and get spinning pretty fast. Make several in different colors, hang in the entry way of the playground or the window and watch them spin in the wind!
Clean the plastic cup and let it dry.
Decorate your wind spinner as you prefer, paint it
surround the cup with color tapes or stickers.
Draw and cut the vertical lines straight down to the bottom.
Cut only the red lines as shown in the picture.
Fold the blue dashed line and pull them out side like open the window.
Or fold all of them inside.
Finally, create a hole through the top of plastic cup wind spinner .
Add a string for hanging, and select the perfect spot
to hang the plastic cup wind spinner!

We can use plastic bottle instead of a plastic cup.
(I fold the strips into the plastic bottle.)
